Website Project Terms

Effective Date: [Insert Date]

These Website Project Terms apply to projects, website builds, and related services provided by Bristol Web Hub unless superseded by a signed proposal, agreement, or contract.

1. Scope

All work is performed according to the agreed scope, proposal, or written approval. Any work requested outside the approved scope may require a separate quote or change order.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing reasonably necessary information, approvals, content, and feedback required to move the project forward.

Delays in feedback, approvals, or materials may affect timeline and delivery.

3. Revisions and Additional Work

Project scope includes only the work described in the agreed proposal or package. Additional requests, content edits, added pages, landing pages, and other out-of-scope work may be quoted separately.

4. Managed Hosting Requirement

Bristol Web Hub websites are built and maintained inside the Bristol Web Hub managed environment during the active service relationship. Hosting, maintenance, backups, updates, and security are part of the managed service model.

5. Site Care

Ongoing Site Care is required for active hosted client sites and covers technical stewardship, not ongoing content or design changes.

6. Change Work

Content edits, design updates, new pages, landing pages, and broader growth work are not included in Site Care unless explicitly stated in writing.

7. Client Content and Rights

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any content, text, images, logos, or materials they provide.

8. Third-Party Services

Some websites may rely on third-party tools, software, plugins, hosting infrastructure, analytics platforms, or integrations. Bristol Web Hub is not responsible for outages, changes, or policy updates controlled by third parties.

9. No Guarantee of Specific Results

Bristol Web Hub does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, lead volume, revenue, or business outcomes unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

10. Termination / Offboarding

If the working relationship ends, offboarding and migration may be handled separately according to the applicable agreement, proposal, or scoped transition work.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bristol Web Hub’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
